I’ve actually been hitting the gym lately and I think I'm overdoing it. My elbows and wrists are starting to hurt. I tried to stretch but it's not working.
Yes, I also think you must have been overdoing it. I think repetitive weightlifting can cause the pain. I’ll advise you to warm up properly before workouts.
I just checked the possible solution to it now. And I will strongly recommend try wrist curls and rotations with light dumbbells. You can also do pushups as well.
