A lot of chat messengers are available for users to engage and communicate with their family and friends online. Facebook messenger is one of the best which gives you access to so many people but I prefer chatting on WhatsApp with those I'm very close to as friends.

What's your favourite chat messenger?

Some of the popular chat messengers I prefer are; WhatsApp, Telegram & Signal.
I really like how WhatsApp connects across all devices. It also have such a simple layout.

It is also impressive how Telegram categorizes the issues that has to do with security, offers high speeds, and offers customization options as well.

Not that it's my favorite, but Messenger because I have to use it to stay in contact.

I have privacy issues with Messenger and would prefer Telegram or Signal, but nobody else wants to install another messenger app to communicate.

It's very convenient to use Messenger because it makes it easier to chat with all your friends on Facebook.

It's like this for me when I started using Discord and Telegram. Most of my friends weren't having it to use them. It felt like I was stuck in it alone.

I make use of Whatsapp the most. I would have opened my WhatsApp ten times before I think about opening other social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

Facebook messenger is my preferred messenger if I’m connected with a person on facebook.

If they have my phone number, then I prefer iMessage.

If not, then discord is fine. I also use signal as well, but I don’t use it often.

I like to use Facebook Messenger, Whatsapp and Viber. I use these chat messengers frequently. I have also used Skype and Telegram in the past.

WhatsApp is my favourite. I use it more than any other chat messenger. It's the major medium of communicating with close relatives, friends and colleagues at work. Infact I belong to many WhatsApp groups-family, work, old school mates, etc. The next is Facebook messenger which is for connecting with distant relatives and other friends. I hardly use Telegram.
