I discovered some cool hidden facts about exercise. They are really mind-blowing. I learned that exercise helps me think better. I never knew that exercise could enhance my cognitive skills. Isn't that great? I also learnt that exercise also makes me feel happy if I do it regularly.

What are some mind-blowing facts about
exercise?

Exercise is absolutely amazing, and I know that there are lots of things it does to our body we didn't know. Each time I exercise, it changes how our bodies work, and it helps me get stronger. We don't need to do it for hours; a few minutes a day can make a big difference.

Yes, exercise will make you look younger, and it helps our brains grow new cells too. It's more like a special kind of food for our brain. I discovered that exercise makes our bones stronger and keeps us healthy.

Think and mentally feel better as it releases dopamine, also known as the happy hormone.
You are right! When our thinking is activated, it can boost the level of Dopamine, a mood elevator. This is what exercise does to our body. I have started to doing 1000 steps every morning since last week.

Exercise makes you happy. This fact has always blown my mind. When you exercise, your brain will release hormones that gives you pleasant feelings and sensations, and you will experience happiness

A fun fact for me has always been that muscle memory is real. Did you know that your muscles can regain strength faster after years of inactivity than they did the first time you trained? This is because scientists think muscles can "remember" previous fitness levels, and that this happens because the muscles preserve these memories through their cell nuclei.
