I have watched some movies that I didn't fully grasp for the first time. It looks interesting when I watch them but when I rewatch? They are like crap. They were not as great as you may have remembered. The Matrix Reloaded is one of those movies. Initially, I sincerely loved the action and twists, but upon re-watching, it bothered me because I didn't get the initial feeling.

What about you?

It has also happened to me in Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull. I was so disappointed when I re-watch. The first time I watched it, I was so excited and willing to see the movie again, but when I had a second watch, the story became boring to me. Everything in the movie was slow and weak

'Spider-Man 3' was that movie. Initially, I loved the Venm storyline, but when I tried to watch again, it was such a repetitive drama and there were so many underdeveloped characters. I think Spider-Man deserved better.

I typically won't rewatch a movie if it doesn't hook me in the first time.

I'll forget that I have watched certain movies, and finish them through again though. I couldn't tell you which ones I've rewatched that I've regretted doing so though.

Generally speaking I do not rewatch movies, and when I rewatch, I rewatch because I really enjoyed when I watched it first. It has not happened to me that I disliked the movie while rewatching it.
