It's always good to exercise your heart to get it pumping and stay on top of your body control. If you want to make your heart very agile and breathing good, putting yourself through a cardio workout is the way out.

These are the few steps I take to stay on top of the situation.

1). I make sure to improve my cardiovascular endurance.

2). I burn calories to lose weight

3). I never get too anxious and reduce stress.

4). I do a dance-based workout, and finally,

5). I engage myself in any of the outdoor activities like running, cycling, or swimming at least once in a week.

Trust me, it works magic.😂
 
Those are great tips! I'll make sure to follow them religiously. Generally, the cardio exercises enhance the heart health and well-being of each and every individual. But it's advisable to consult a doctor before embarking on those exercise.
