We use computers to work, we use tabs to read and watch videos/movies, we use mobile phones to check social media, and most of us are spending hours on screen. We might not be able to limit our screen time for work related activities, but we can certain do it with fun related activities. How much screen time do you allow yourself per day?

I don't set screen time because I use my phone all the time, especially for work. What I do is set priorities. I also use website blockers to avoid distractions. Sometimes, I put my phone on “do not disturb”. That's how I manage screen time.

I don't have a limit and I cannot even follow it if I set one. So, I just make sure to prioritize what I need to do and accomplish them. I don't have to count time. I just focus more on screen free activities like taking a walk or engaging in offline activities.

I don't have a limit because of the nature of my work. However, I try to take some time away from the screen to read, listen to music, and nap to give my eyes and brain some time to recharge

I don't focus on screen time because screen time is usually a good balance between work and breaks.

Someone may see screen time as 10 hours and be like, "Woah, you're wasting your time just scrolling!" However, they have no idea that I'm in the back end of forums, editing templates, managing accounts, etc., and just interpret what I do on my phone as what they would do on theirs. If you go into the screen time settings, it'd be like 30-45 minutes on social media and the rest in Chrome, Gmail, Sheets, and a few other tools that I use (including personal financial tools). But, if I took a look at theirs, it'd probably be 5+ hours on Instagram, 3+ hours on Facebook, etc.
