I like those athletes with huge muscles. Some girls can't stop looking at them and sometimes I get embarrassed when neglected by a beautiful chick to look at that guy with muscle mass. 😂There is something attractive about muscle to most of the girls.

Now, I'm so eager to build muscle. I used the gym but I'm not getting any bigger. 🤣

Please help me!

Heavy weights, it's the only way. I train for definition so whenever I can find time I head off to the gym, pay my daily fee and hit the cables.

Eat. Eat until you're full. And when your body is telling you that you're full and cannot eat anymore, eat more. Add extra meals to your day. Split it all up between 4-6 meals.

You cannot be in a calorie deficit or at a metabolic caloric intake and gain impressive muscle size. You might gain some as a newbie lifter, but that's going to just be your genetic size and you'll quickly plateau being "small" still.

I'm 84kg now, but if I wanted to step it back up to 100kg, I would be eating a minimum of 5000 calories a day of good foods if I could and 4-5 cheeseburgers for a meal if I couldn't.

It's a cycle of gaining muscle (and the fat that'll come with it from overeating) and then cutting fat with diet and exercise. You'll lose a little bit of that muscle you gained, but you cycle right back into eating to get even bigger for the next cut. You cycle this over a year or two and you'll add a couple of kilos you never thought were possible.

I think you need to switch your exercises to lifting heavier weights. There are a couple of exercises that would help to work many muscles at once. I think squatting and push-ups can help. Apart from that, you also need to eat lots of protein too.

Have you heard that you could grow your muscles when you have about 7-9 hours of nightly sleep? You can add this to your routine and see what results you will get. It's also important to contact a fitness expert for good tips.

Strength training is the best way to build muscle mass. You also need to eat a lot of protein because protein is the building blocks for muscles. If you combine proper diet with proper workout routines, you can sure build muscle mass

I don't think I need muscle mass. I prefer to maintain a round figure and big hips. I was able to achieve this by eating protein-rich foods like chicken, eggs, and beans and with regular exercise. But to build muscle mass, you should focus more on exercising regularly.
